this mod is combatible with 3.50 of custom combat armor, but you have to choose "vanilla helmet" in the "armor index swap" tab just under the lining tab. If you don't do this, the visor will NOT be visible. You can still use the various color and texture customization options, even with this on.


I always thought it was weird that the combat helmet didn't have a visor on it like the fallout NV MKII combat armor... So I took it upon my self to add one!


installation is simple, just drop all folders in your data folder, this is a simple replacer of the combat helmet model (is compatible with custom combat and synth armor  http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4865/? )

no esp needed!

Update to the Update

adds a few different visor tint variations. this includes a fading texture where it fades from dark tinted to almost clear. the fading version is standalone, the other versions must be installed on top of the main file (which I have updated to include the 1.1 patch)


Update:

1.1 Adds a Female version and fixes a nitpicky thing in the male nif file (just changes the scene root name to match the original model. this won't affect anything in game, it just bugged me is all XD)

P.S. I don't play as a female character, so anyone that does; feel free to add screenshots, as I won't be adding them myself :P. just let me know in the comments if you do, because I'll have to verify it.
