Adds Brahmin tipping, a feature oddly missing from Fallout 4.

This mod recreates a feature from Fallout 2, 3 and New Vegas that was oddly missing from Fallout 4: Brahmin Tipping.
To tip a Brahmin you must first be sneaking with an unarmed weapon such as your fists out, a prompt will then appear aptly labelled "PUSH". Then simply press your activate button (Which by default is E on PC, A on Xbox One and X on PS4) to tip the Brahmin!
Thanks to Black Isle Studios for adding the feature to Fallout 2 and to Bethesda for carrying forward to Fallout 3.
