Allows the player to craft a cosmetic shock collar identical to the Nuka-World DLC shock collar.

This mod allows the player to craft a COSMETIC slave shock collar, identical to the shock collars worn by traders in the Nuka-World DLC.
Please note - It will not have any in-game effects on the wearer. It is useful if you want to have your raider settlement traders or Arena warriors appear to be enslaved with collars.
It is crafted in the Chemistry Workbench in the Utility category.
It should work on male and female PCs and NPCs.
