This is a small mod that adds the keyword "ChemEffect" to the magical effects of the Mysterious Serum from the Cabot questline, allowing the Chemist perk to increase its duration.

=====COMPATIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS=====

This shouldn't conflict with anything, as the Chemist perk simply checks each magical effect for the keyword "ChemEffect" and extends the duration if present; no formlists have been changed.

Either extract the archive and drop the .esp into Fallout 4\Data, or install using NMM.

Remove the mod file from your \Data folder.
