I liked the highlighting of Scrapper 2 but found it annoying that it would highlight my workshop inventories and containers within my settlements so I made a small change to make it that it only highlights things when a weapon is out. 

Something simple that I made for myself but thought why not share it? (Even if its such a small change.)

Will conflict with anything that affects the 2nd rank of the Scrapper perk.

I thought I would make various versions as to not conflict with other mods out there like: 
Perks Aren't Special by jushtan
Perks Unleashed by quantumbutterfly
Perks Unleveled (Far Harbor Updated) by DimensionalDifficulties

I also made versions for Vanilla and Far Harbor.
