I play a heavily modded game and just have to say that this mod has never given me any grief whatsoever. I can spawn them in with console commands if I am impatient, of find them on vendors naturally. They function perfectly for me. Such a great mod and after reading the bugs and comments here, I can only wonder if people have their game setup to correctly for modding.
If I could ask for one thing I would want to see an addition of a pair of binoculars to hang around my neck. They wouldn't have to be the actual binoculars, just decoration which would be cool. There are a couple of mods that add non functioning items like holstered pistols or the like, just for ascetic reasons.

Does anyone know the item ID for these binoculars? For some reason I can only find the batteries, the binocs themselves haven't shown up at all this playthrough.
I have been using this mod for a while,no issues.But recently, somtimes using them the screen goes black. HUD and pipboy can still be used, and you walk around, no freezing. Just pitch black darkness.
