I installed all the required and recommended mods except for TRUE EYES by JimtownIrish due to the link being broken, but the preset turned out hideous. The hair shape and color is wrong and there's a blister on her cheek.

I find them a tad too big too. I think the base model was cedaie's "Gorgeous Vault-Girl", there is in my opinion a striking resemblance between the two.
At first glance they are similar, but not more than two strangers living on the planet earth. With more focused vision, it becomes apparent that they are very different. Alexa 100% working Bethesda and mine. I spent many hours creating to Alexa from the beginning. I would never represent someone else's work for your own!
Easy there. I didn't, by any means, want to belittle your work and sorry if it came across that way. To me they look similar and that's it. Just an opinion, don't look any further in my comment.
What you are finding "off" is the ratio of eye size and placement to the mouth corners and tops of her ears. It does not appear to be a "standard golden ratio". This does not by any means say this preset is not a beautiful preset of a woman's face.
