ABOUT
A detailed lore-friendly hot spring settlement located just outside of Sanctuary for you and your bestest buddies.
Not static, SCRAP EVERYTHING, fully customisable inside and out (see images for some 'hidden' scrapping features).
Ideal to relax away from the losers in Sanctuary, because you know that irritating Jun is definitely the type to pee in your pool.
Originally built as part of the vault construction under Sanctuary Hills, for a long time this utilitarian space was owned by a lone settler, you can take advantage of his ingenuity and hard work. You just need to find the key.
FEATURES
- Relax with friends! Exterior & interior settlement features
- Redecorate! Scrap everything in the interior and exterior to decorate how you want (see images)
- Rapid deployment! Fast travel into/out of the bunker before/after a relaxing soak
Please feel free to add your own shots or video from your game, it's great to see people enjoying the mod!

Requirements:

Installation:
BACKUP your saves
Extract to /data folder and enable .esp in load order
Un-install:
Gather your gear and delete the .esp

- Read the note, or follow the north tree compass icon at vault 111 or see the images here for exact location. Or console help springs 4 and .additem keycode.
Notes about permissions:
Everybody has permission to alter, fix, change in any way and reupload to the Nexus. Go for it, this belongs to everyone, so do what you want with it except one thing just DO NOT charge any fee what-so-ever to download or 'unlock' them, in any way. my mods or mods based on it should be free. If you do make this better and reupload it (welldone you!) a namecheck somewhere is not required but would be super nice and I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.
