Katana's Mask, as she appears in Suicide Squad (2016). Not sayin its a great movie or anything, but she looks good, y'know.
New mesh and texture and all that. Made for females, but it'll appear on male faces too. Gives +1 PER and +1 AGI.
Use the console to get it, type in "help "katana" 4" and find "katana's mask" in the list and note down the id #, and then put in "player.additem [number]" to add it to ya inventory.
I'm a baby modder so I don't really know shit, lemme know if something goes wrong or if you can tell me how to otherwise make it available in-game without the console lmao
