Hoarders apartment is somewhere between pickmans gallery and cabot house on a roof, go up the fire escape outside pickmans gallery and follow the plywood in the direction of cabot house, a fake bed has been replaced by a real one, so survival players are blessed. If you cant scrap something youll have to disable it with the console. The room has been slightly modified to not show the outside world when everything is scrapped apart from the door frames.

Even tho the floor has been modified to act like the floor for objects, it doesnt work, so youll have to get the mod place anywhere or something similar.
