Initial Release
Have you ever thought the first two ranks of Moving Target didn't make much sense? Ever feel like you wasted 2 perk points just to get the rank 3 sprinting cost reduction? Just wanna go fast? Then this is the mod for you. This mod changes the first two ranks of Moving Target from a conditional damage resistance and energy resistance boost to a permanent boost to sprint speed, now with descriptions! Available in 3 Versions:
KNOWN ISSUE: This does not affect sprinting in 3rd person. This is a bug on Bethesda's end and even featured in Fallout 3. This isn't unique to my mod. Anything that attempts to modify sprint speed will run into this issue, even the Sprinter's Legendary Mod and Overdrive Servos. I wish I could fix it, but I cannot.
