This silly mod adds a silly gun to bait NPCs with blood which ghoul whaledolphinsharks find tasty, so that the NPCs can then explode into blood, sustaining the Earth's natural blood cycle.

"Bored? Has your meta-quest for pointless novelty already soured in Fallout 4? Has this game "literally" "jumped the shark" for you? Need a quick injection of really stupid, poorly "animated", highly derivative fun?
Well. Legend tells of Ol' Peg and her pod of bloodthirsty Ghoul whale sisters, a majestic but ultraviolent group of irradiated creatures whose names are whispered on the wind. Or blasted through the water, I suppose.
They say the best things in life are free, but that message clearly hasn't in either sense been taken up by ultra-rich Diamond City resident Malcolm Latimer, who presumably reached into his deep dark sacks of caps to purchase a group of glitzy killer land Ghoul dolphin-whale-sharks to entertain him when he plays during midnight tubtime in his private "yacht" and water tank.
Do you get to the Upper Stands very often? Oh, what am I saying - of course you don't. "
Heap-of-Gore Technology Returns!
This mod adds a VERY silly "gun" to the Latimer residence which marks NPCs (including most essential ones, be warned) for death by spraying them with blood irresistable to Ghoul whalesharkdolphins (as mentioned above). After a brief pause, the NPC will explode from the sheer concussion of the graceful movement of these beautiful (and elusive, since the game actually highly inconsistently moves and appears the "whale" model :( ) creatures.
