    Does this mod break precombines?

      Assuming "Yes" because the mod doesn't include meshes/textures folders, which are added when an author runs the precombine/previs tools. (There's also no BA2 archive, in case someone wondered if those folders were archived.)

    Downloaded the Xbox version. Still works.  Travel away from Egret Marina, save, download the mod -add it low in the load order, restart the game and travel back. Works as advertised.

    The mod works fine for me, all buildings load properly with no conflicts. This mod was last updated 5 years ago, and the authors last post here was over 4 years ago, it's likely a waste of time asking them questions.

    The only issue I have is the original bed (mattress) is located under the floor (or inside it). It counts as a bed but can't be moved, scrapped, or assigned without console commands.

      I removed that bed when I first started building and replaced it with one of my own (it's from a mod, basically a mattress on a small platform of wood). When I installed the mod, the new thicker floor left the bed mostly submerged (there was just enough poking out to grab it and stick it back on top of the floor) and the terminal was half-way through the desk and had to be scrapped. (I also had to retrieve some stuff clamped to walls that were now inside them because the buildings are slightly larger.)

      If anyone else has this issue, try using the no-clip command in the console while in workshop mode to grab stuff that's inside floors. (It's "tcl" in the console; repeat the command to turn clipping back on.)

    So far this is the only settlement mod I've had problems with. I'm using nmm and for some reason it spawns the vanilla buildings and your mod on top of each other. Was going try change the load order but there's no plugin for the mod to change...I admit I'm rather new to modding so maybe it is something I'm doing wrong (which it probably is) but like I've said, no other mod has had any issues until now and I'm not sure why I'm not getting plugin like all the other settlement mods.

    @PurpleRadiation,
    Can you make it compatible with this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/30342?tab=posts (MDF's Egret Tours Marina Clean)
    Please :)

    I could never ever get the installer to install ANY usable buildings IF I chose the ALL buildings options...
    HOWEVER!

    I was successful at installing your standalone OPTIONAL file MANUALLY for just the 3 side buildings ONLY
    and they work great! thanks a lot!

    Works like a charm, thank you! This place gave me a headache in the Vanilla version. The whole game gave me a headache in the Vanilla version, actually. Glad to see that you guys fixed it, once again. Bethesda without mods is like a car without wheels, really.

    OK... Earlier I ended up experiencing the issue where it's impossible to get into the main building, because everything was blocked and distorted. I read here that the problem can be caused by having previously visited a settlement; however, this is a brand new character, on a brand new install, on a brand new computer. Said character is being used for play-testing, and had NOT visited any settlement beyond Sanctuary and RR. I do have Place Everywhere, but that is a F4SE mod, so loading it at the end isn't really possible, and I figured that were this a widespread problem, there would be more discussion, since Place Everywhere is one of the most popular mods for FO4.
    As it transpires... load order actually seems to be the culprit. When I loaded this after all my texture packs, everything looked great. Just an FYI. From what I've just seen (my other settlements were problematic too), every settlement overhaul MUST BE loaded after landscape and architecture texture replacers.
