This is mod adds 52 new settlements in commonwealth.
In game just 30 settlements, and I'm wanted to increase their number in 2 times.
I'm tired wait settler and I used  workshop NPC spawner for create settler.

For activate settlement on map you need:

1.Open location and found workshop
2.Move to worshop npc spawner
3.Activate NPC spawner
4.Fast travel in Sanctuary Hills
5.Fast travel back
6.Speak with settler
