It's a simple screen replacer I made inspired by fallout 3 with the head of the T-60 power armor. I'm not a real modder, I just do my best and would like to share with those who like this menu.
To add fallout 3 theme with it, you need to have a copy of the Fallout 3 OST or the music files from Fallout 3.
It can be found in the folder \Fallout 3 goty\Data\Music\Special\MainTitle.You'll need to converte it to .wav files, and rename it in "mus_maintheme.xwm". You'll need to manually add the music file in the folder, Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Music\Special. Sorry for that.
