The Discovery music when first discovering sanctuary features a wispy guitar playing the intro to I Dont Want to Set The World On Fire by the Ink Spots.  For every other location, it plays one of two different discovery tracks.  This esp adds the Sanctuary discover music to the normal discovery playlist, while still playing 100% of the time when finding sanctuary.  This will proc on other locations at a 33% rate. 

.Esp contains only 1 entry override.  I recommend overriding it into your personal patch and then deleting/disabling it to save plugin space.  This should be compatible with mods that replace discovery location sounds, as the ones ive dabbled with don't touch the sanctuary track.  If you have an issue, delete their override in the data folder.

forgot to add to ALL discovery instances.  My bad.  It currently only plays for non-faction town discovery (diamond city, goodneighbor).  Will upload version that plays EVERYWHERE soon
