   thanks for this i found this bobblehead after completing nick quest and was like whoa awesome now i have 6 guesses in terminal, only to find out that if you have nick perk this bobblehead does nothing and you stillhave only 5 guesses damn you bugthesda

      honestly if vats was real he could likely have 100% accuracy
      vats is a piece of tech assisting your aim, its not completely about your individual skill with the weapon
