Use Perk Refund to:

Updating from 0.3 to newer versions:
The update to 0.4 changed the way SPECIAL attributes are reset.
Please use "Both and redistribute SPECIAL" to get your Character back to how it was intended to be
(this basically fixes the balancing so that your SPECIAL attributes from character creation can't be used for something else)
Usage:
Have fun spending and resetting

Use Perk Refund to:
- Refund your spend Perk Points
- Reset the SPECIAL Bobbleheads to pick them up again
- Redistribute your SPECIAL

- Craft the "Perk Refund" under "Drugs" at the "Chem Workshop"
- Use the "Perk Refund" under "Aid" in the Pip-Boy and close it
- Use the menus to customize your refund
- Drop and pick up SPECIAL Bobbleheads to get the extra point
- Using an additional "Perk Refund" while another is still active or using it without having spend all points
will result in having too many points for your Level!(I can not prevent this, since Bethesda does not allow me to get how many points are unspent...)Solution: Spend all points and use a "Perk Refund" to get the correct amount of points.
