EDIT: I Have found how to find it if you are having trouble. You need to type in the command console coc InstituteRobotics. you will be transported into the institute again even though its blown up and on a table is the holotape I hope I have helped any one.

look for (mis) and u will see the name of the mod and the number to use to get it .
