Use this mod, they will then consume the bottle when they throw it.
You wont be able to get the cock' after it's used anymore, but it's worth it.
I'm new to using Creation Kit and such, but this mod works perfectly fine for me, but let me know if you have any issues.
(Seriously, all I did was tick ONE little box, this was so easy to make, why has nobody else made this?)
If you use Valdacil's Sorting Mod make sure this one is loaded AFTER that mod. You should be fire really, just make sure you download and install the right one foe you.
