Removes the orange light that appears when you or an NPC have a smoke.

DESCRIPTION
Makes the light from a lit cigarette invisible. In real life the lit end of a cigarette does not generate that much light.
Don't give away your position to the enemy when smoking at night!
Desdemona (and your companions) will no longer function as a lantern when having a cigarette.
