Adds a vendor in Diamond City next to the Power Armor station. Vendor has some godly guns and various other useful items. Vendor has two shipments of goods, the nuclear scrap has had the price altered so you can purchase the shipment, convert to scrap, and then sell all the scrap back at a profit.
My first attempt at a mod for Fallout 4. There are a couple of auto rifles that are all identical and a couple sniper rifles that are all identical. The only difference is the type of ammo used. (I always get tired of running out of ammo for my really good guns so now you can use whichever ammo you have more of)
