Description
Not long time ago there on Nexus was released new weather mod - Vivid Weathers. This mod adds hell of a new weather types, and it definitely great addition to everyone game. Before it i used True Storm which is incompatible with Vivid Weathers, and choosing between this two was hard, and since release of 1.4 version of True Storms this choice become even harder. I hate when someone or something force me to choose between excluding options. And as frequently I do when i need to choose between two alternative options I choosed the third one. Here it is, a merge patch for this mods to work together.
However note that not every conflict could be resolved without data loss, particulary there is four vanilla weather types that was altered by both mods, and that's why there is two types of patche available via NMM installation:
True Storms Priority - weather data from True Storms takes prioriti in exluding conflicts, Vivid Weathers data trown away.
Vivid Weathers Priority - weather data from Vivid Weathers takes prioriti in exluding conflicts, True Storms data trown away.
There also merge patch for Far Harbor DLC, which actually was posible to make without data loss, so there is only one Far Harbor patch.

Installation
Firs install both True Storms 1.4 and Vivid Weathers 1.08 if you didn't yet.
Then with NMM (recomended) or manually choose merge patch type and Vivid Weathers season.
Choose Far harbor patch if needed. Note that for Far Harbor patch you also need True Storms Far Harbor extension and Vivid Weathers Far Harbor extension.

Darker Nights compatibility
Darker Nights mod support both True Storms and Vivid Weathers mods, however it installation suggest that you have only one weather mod. So you need manually pull out of Darker Nights package patches for both mods and rename them. Load order here is important.
If you use True Storms Priority then your load order should look somewhat like this:
Fallout4.esm
...
TrueStormsFO4.esm
...
[Any True Storms esp extensions]
Vivid Weathers - FO4.esp
[Any Vivid Weathers esp extensions]
DarkerNights - Vivid Weathers.esp
DarkerNights - TrueStorms.esp

If you use Vivid Weathers Priority then your load order should look somewhat like this:
Fallout4.esm
...
TrueStormsFO4.esm
...
[Any True Storms esp extensions]
Vivid Weathers - FO4.esp
[Any Vivid Weathers esp extensions]
DarkerNights - TrueStorms.esp
