    For anyone having issues with the freeze entering the Memory Lounger/Cryo-Chamber, literally just remove all of your weapons and armours and it should work fine.

    I discovered the reason of game freeze after using Cryo Pod.
    The issue is with script of removing item into Chest in PlayerHome'd Bunker.
    I just remove all arguments, recompile and everything just works.

    Another option for users to fix - remove script property which contain this Chest in FO4Edit from Cryo Pod activator.
    Probably it should work too.

      I suppose a CoC to the landing point and a setstage command would work the same. I'm surprised no one has patched this yet.

    Cannot play this mod? As soon as I talk to the NPC and try to start the quest by sitting in the chair the game locks and hangs.

      I have that problem, but not with this mod's quest. I have it with the one in Dangerous Minds.

    I hit the bug where the game locks when I try to use the Cryo pod. Then I read here that it's because the mod is trying to remove my inventory. I really don't like when a mod does that, and of course I don't like my game locking, so I shrugged and decided to ignore the adventure. BUT then when in the main vanilla quest, I had to use the Memory Lounger with Nick Valentine and Dr Amari, my character froze in place and this essentially halts the game. I learned that just having the Ortaria mod in my load makes it impossible to proceed with the main quest! Learned that on Reddit, where others identified Ortaria as the culprit in the Dr Amari scene. Sure enough, as soon as I disabled Ortaria, I could proceed with the main quest. So, be warned.

    Yea the mod robbed me of my caps lol. Thank god I always save game before installing a mod and after installing a mod. i hate mods that strip you of all your belongings and dont tell you. there is always glitches and to lose items is not cool.

      OK, so it wasn't just me that got robbed of caps. I assumed it was because I had such a large number of caps, that I was somehow messing with the scripting. I went into the mod with 750,000 caps and only came out with 29,000.

      Yea, the game is only able to transfer, in my situation, 37k at a time. So you have to get a mod that converts your caps to actual caps and then transfer 37k into different containers and than transfer each one back. A pain. or you can get a mod or Console command them back into your inventory but i dont like messing with certain things in the game like caps because its like hard wired into the game. I wish molders tell us if they are planning on removing all your items as a heads up. I had legendary weapons not get transferred back. I save all the time.

    All right, everyone, after much trouble and much trial and error, I've managed to get both into the simulation via the Memory Lounger, and then back out again using the Cryo-Pod. This is what I had to do to get around it:

    1. Before going into the Lounger, put everything you own into the footlocker next to the lounger.

    2. The issue I ran into, is that you obviously can't put quest items into the footlocker, because you can't remove them. This mod has no problem with quest items added by either the base game, or any official DLCs, so the DiMA tapes, Vault 75 keycards, etc, those are all fine. I was running into a problem because there was a quest item added by a mod, The Secret of Huntress Manor, and that one quest item was causing me to crash/freeze on the lounger. So if you have quest items added by mods, you'll have to remove them via console commands. You can do this by first getting the BaseID of the item by typing in the console (without the first set of quotation marks) 'help "[whatever the name of the item is]" 0' then doing a second command using the ID the game gives you "player.removeitem [whatever the ID is] X" where X is the quantity of that item you have in your inventory, if it's more than one.

    3. Once you're in the simulation, either don't pick up any bottlecaps from corpses, or you'll have to do an extra step before you leave. If the mod author is reading this, if you can remove bottlecaps from all loot tables in your mod, it would make things easier for those of us playing.

    4. Before you step into the Cryo-Chamber (other comments mention needing a keycard, but either it was patched out, or I got lucky because I didn't need one), drop everything you own either in the ground, or stick it any container. Don't keep anything you didn't come in with. If you picked up any bottlecaps, the only way to get rid of them is via a console command. The console command for that is "player.removeitem f X" where X is the amount of bottlecaps you have in your possession in the simulation.

    I managed to get out of the simulation using those steps, so there's a chance it could work for you.

    After playing this mod after watching a few reviews this mod was amazing however towards the end it became unplayable before and after... I would definitely endorsed this mod but because it crashes u shortly after using the cryo pod and stuff. I quickly found this game frustrating because not only did it make me have to uninstall a handful of mods it made it no fun to use since it constantly froze upon using it and it was annoying to start over and over and pray everything worked. It is a nice mod but not worth downloading due to the bugs it can cause with the in game stuff. If the bugs itself were patched like the cryo bug and the lounger bug i'd definitely endorse it but it been a year or so now and I was fairly disappointed that i had to eventually uninstall this mod due to unplayable of crashes and fixes.
