This contains two text files that when used will spawn at your feet either all bobbleheads or all collectible books when used with the 'bat' console command.
Extract the ZIP into your main Fallout 4 folder (with the exe) (Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\).
Once they are there, in the in-game console type:
It is best to use the 'books' command above ground level. Either on a platform or building roof. This is because the books all spawn on the same spot, and due to clipping, some might fall through the floor.
To uninstall, simply delete bobbleheads.txt and books.txt.
