Replaces the launch noise of the fat man with Papa Franku's legendary words, "Welcome to the rice fields motherfucker"

Working on a way to get the launch to just say Welcome, and the explosion sound to be changed to "to the rice fields motherfucker" but so far can't find the fat man explosion sound file, GG at labeling things poorly Bethesda.

11/19/2015 (Version v2.0) Made the reload sound Pink Guy saying "b0ss pls" and timed it up with closing the bolt in the reload animation.
