Installation:
As always make sure to make a new save point before installing any mod in case it doesn't work for you.

Copy the included Data folder (containing ExpandedKnuckleMods.esp as well as the materials, meshes and textures folders) to the Fallout 4 install folder merging as required or manually copy the files.
Next Activate the esp file in your manager/plugins.txt file.

To uninstall disable the esp file and remove the asset files as necessary (careful you don't remove other files, see below for specific file pathes/names)

New Modifications for Knuckles:
Poison Bladed - Adds a poison effect (same as the legendary effect: 30dmg over 10s) in addition to the bladed mod effects (damage/bleed)
Serrated - Adds additional damage over the bladed mod effect and retains the bleed
Serrated Poison Bladed (SePo) - Adds poison effect over the serrated effects.
Serrated Reinforced Bladed (SeRe) - Adds armor penetration over the serrated effects
Serrated Reinforced Poison Bladed (SeRePo) - Adds armor penetration and poison effect over the serrated effects
Stealth Bladed - Adds bonus sneak attack damage (like Stealth Combat Knife mod) over the serrated effects
Stealth Poison Bladed (StPo) - Adds poison effect over the stealth effects.
Stealth Reinforced Bladed (StRe) - Adds armor penetration over the stealth effects
Stealth Reinforced Poison Bladed (StRePo) - Adds poison effect and armor penetration over the stealth effects

Note the loose mod objects use the abbreviated prefixes to keep the item names short, the weapon prefixes only get Bladed/Serrated/Stealth Blade.

Balance:
These mods are potentially unbalanced. Serrated for example multiplies base damage by 1.25 vs 0.75 on the Bladed mod (though the serrated switchblade adds even more with 0.75 additional damage). Additionally the poison effect is the same as the legendary poison weapon effect (30 damage over 10 seconds) making it extremely potent early game.

The construction materials are based on existing materials for similar objects/mods used in the construction.

Obtaining:
Generally the mods are obtained by being crafted a weapon workbench. I didn't add them to any leveled lists, so as far as I know they shouldn't naturally appear on enemies or in stores so you will have to craft them yourself or get them via the command console.

Construction Requirements:
To construct any poison mods the player will additionally require the Chemist 1 perk
To construct any serrated blades will require the Blacksmith 2 perk
To construct any stealth blades will require the Blacksmith 3 perk
They also require considerable mats as one goes up.

Console Commands:
You can add the new knuckle mods without crafting them via the following console commands (see below for what to replace xx with):

Poison Bladed Knuckle Mod: player.additem xx000f9f
Serrated Knuckle Mod: player.additem xx000fa0
SePo (Serrated Poison) Bladed Knuckle Mod: player.additem xx000fa1
SeRe (Serrated Reinforced) Bladed Knuckle Mod: player.additem xx000fa4
SeRePo (Serrated Reinforced Poison) Bladed Knuckle Mod: player.additem xx000fa5
Stealth Bladed Knuckle Mod: player.additem xx00267a
StPo (Stealth Poison) Bladed Knuckle Mod: player.additem xx00267b
StRe (Stealth Reinforced) Bladed Knuckle Mod: player.additem xx00267c
StRePo (Stealth Reinforced Poison) Bladed Knuckle Mod: player.additem xx0035b3

Where xx is the mod files load order, to find this type into the console: help StRePo 4 misc
This should report the full form id of the last item in the above list, make note of the first two hex values for its form id and replace the xx with them for the above commands.

Now that you have the mod items you can freely add them at a weapon workbench to a knuckle weapon without requiring the materials or perks.

Compatibility:
This mod doesn't alter any existing records, and should be fully compatible with all other mods including any new weapons that use Knuckle mods or any mods that expand the Knuckle weapon itself as long as they still utilized the original Knuckle mods. Additionally I chose to not alter the naming rules, so when applying the mods the Knuckles will only get Bladed, Serrated or Stealth Blade prefixes and won't reflect Poison or Reinforced in the weapon name.

I placed the materials and textures in the Switchblade folder to maintain consistency with the games use of Switchblade assets for the bladed knuckle mod. These assets could be used for new Switchblade mods, which I may considered doing as well since most of the assets are already made.

Art Additions:
Poison mods add a faint green highlight to the blade edge(s).
Reinforced adds the smaller spikes from the Sharp mod, but without the large blades off the side (this is a personal style choice)
The Serrated Blade uses a modified version of the the serrated switchblade model/textures (note: the bladed knuckle mod used a modified version of the standard switchblade model/textures)
The Stealth Blade darkens the serrated bladed and removes its specular effects (i.e. it is not shiny)
Despite utilizing the games assets, some textures and models are uniquely altered for this mod.

Lore:
The original blades on the Bladed Knuckle mods used the Switchblade Blade, it follows that one could serrate these for a similar advantage as the Serrated Switchblade, additionally the Stealth Knife mod appears to be a dark colored blade made of composite materials (aluminum/fiberglass) which could similarly be made for the knuckle blades. As such I feel these mods are pretty lore friendly given existing examples in game. The poison edged weapons are slightly less lore friendly and I considered removing them for balance, but elected to retain them and let the player decide to use them or not.
