Adds the 3 uniforms in-game all of them being obtainable without killing anyone.

Maxons Battlecoat in the Prydwen quarters on the blimp(I think you have to be a paladin or sentinel to get into the room)
1.1 - Maxon's Battlecoat is now inside his room on the dresser instead of the Prydwen's Quarters.

Black BOS Officer uniform in the room with all the power armor on the blimp in a silver locker.

Submariner uniform behind a door that requires you to use a terminal to open inside the submarine.

NOTE: All of these are originally unobtainable without killing said NPCS wearing them. Also if you have already completed the following quest for the Institute or the RailRoad "The Nuclear Option" The Battlecoat and the Black Officer Uniform will be unobtainable even with this mod.(All though you should already have both of these items anyways siding with the RR or the Institute.) As for the submariner uniform if you have already completed the quest "here there be monsters" and let the ghoul live the uniform will be unobtainable(however killing him should have gave you the uniform unless you forgot to loot him lol.)

This mod is intended for a new play through or for people siding with the BOS or the minutemen.
