Ok, Dr. what's her nuts told me my Directors Quarters would be furnished. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN BETHESDA! If anyone else is sick of that hospus looking mess that you can't even save in, here you go! :)

So I think you just throw the .ESM file into data
and for safekeeping use NMM as well to activate it.
This started from friendlyyan's file, but sadly I didn't like his non-vanilla additions, so I made it my own.
