Just because the world's ending, doesn't mean you can't look great while tackling some deathclaws. Grace starts out with a sequin dress in her inventory, and a bit of lip gloss to protect from radiation. ;P This save is right before leaving the vault. Be sure to change the perk chart/skill menu to suit your play style. Also, if you want to change her hair color, hair style, eye color, skin tone, makeup colors ect that is still available to you before leaving the vault.

If you feel like skipping a few levels and want Diamond City opened up, there is also a Level 12 Character for your use. You can change any of her SPECIALs and perk points with the instructions below.

To change any of the SPECIALs to a different number, press the console `~ button and type "player.setav (attribute) (value)" So if you want luck at 5, you would type player.setav luck 5      You can use this to raise or lower any of the SPECIALs.

You can also change the perks to fit your play style. To add a perk, press the console `~ button, and type "player.addperk (perk ID number)" So if you want Bloody Mess lv 1, you would type player.addperk 004a0bb     Here's a link to the full perk list with ID numbers. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_4_perks    I have no idea how to remove a perk however.
