Improved usability of the Lockpicking system. Added a force lock function that uses consumable "Bump Keys".
I made changes to the Locksmith perks as follows: Locksmith 1 - Pick any lock with mini-game, craft Bump Keys and use them force open Novice locks. Locksmith 2 - 33% Larger sweet spot, force open Advanced locks. Locksmith 3 - 66% Larger sweet spot, force open Expert locks. Locksmith 4 - 100% Larger sweet spot, force open Master locks.
Notes: Forcing a lock consumes the bump key, and you must have at least one bump key to get the option. Forcing a lock earns no experience. (But crafting the bump key at the chemistry bench does.) Bump keys require 1 bobby pin, and 1 spring.
