A flare gun converted to shoot frag mines at high speed. Mines will embed in walls and the ground, but still detonate when shot or someone gets close.
This gun can be found outside the entrance to Vault 111 in the yellow crate in the door control room. 50 sticky mines are included, and more can be crafted at the chem station.
Please note there are a couple of bugs, they aren't yet targetable in VATS and if you hit an NPC with this, the mine will embed in them but will no longer detonate. I'll be working on this for a future release.
