Description
===========
This mod enables more descriptive messages about enemy mutations. These messages were already present in the game, but unused.
Some Legendary enemies already carried a special mutation that gave them Poison, Radiation, Accuracy, or 2xDamage.
When Legendary enemies mutate a more descriptive message will be displayed.

Now you'll see:
"Legendary Enemy has mutated! Health regenerated! Now doing double damage!"
"Legendary Enemy has mutated! Health regenerated! Now doing poison damage!"
"Legendary Enemy has mutated! Health regenerated! Now doing radiation damage!"
"Legendary Enemy has mutated! Health regenerated! More accurate and doing more damage!"

Which enemies get which message?:
- Humanoids tend to get more accurate
- Radscorpions and Stingwings tend to get poisonous
- Ghouls and Deathclaws tend to get radioactive
- Bugs and wildlife tend to get 2xDamage

There is some variation to this list. For example some Legendary Radscorpions get 2xDamage.

The accuracy message could probably be improved, the spell its using doesn't directly increase damage. But if a enemy is suddenly more accurate
they will do more damage cumulatively. I haven't changed these from the defaults, if you have a suggestion on how to improve them
feel free to post a comment.
