This is just a patch for Alternate Settlement to work without SK or SKE.
I've sortet all in vanilla categories, so there are not any additional menus.
Some items are not at the right category, I will update it in the next few days.
Original File required!
Install Alternate Settlement 1.1 than 1.2 and after that Alternate Settlement - non SK
