This is Faster Reloading Speed mod
Description
I heard you make mods that slow down reloading, like Arbitration, well, i though this was a dumb idea, so i decided to reverse the effect.
This mods makes you reload 100% as fast, without Quick Hands, and 135% faster with Quick Hands perk. The perk itself was left untouched, only its effect and effect of legendaryitem attribute in the human race category were changed. As you can see the reloading is twice as fast as in the original, and even two times more fast with a perk!
Of course it will conflict with mods like Arbitration, that slow down the reloading, so don't install the slower reloading part of it with this mod.
Optional:
Additional slower version (+50% and +100% with Quick Hands) is also available in optional files.
