About this mod
this simple adds a minigun with high damage and value and a courser jacket with some enchantment

This is my First Mod, it appears to be working
Ok so what this adds,
* A minigun that uses .50 ammo and has very high(OP) Damage
*A jacket(Courser Uniform) that give armour rating of 9999 buffs your health and action points(and I believe carryweight) by 9,999,999
I'll add pictures of the stats in game in a bit
(if i knew more i would maynbe give them a custom texture but I dont want it to look like trash and it really isnt my strong area)
each item should spawn in Diamond city near Piper's newspaper
