I have been playing (obsessively playing) Crusader Kings II. Let me warn you now, DO NOT BUY THAT GAME! After playing for over 500 hours I think I have finally gotten rid of the need to conquer the known world.
I have started working on MyHUD again, but it is going to take a while to finish. I will mostly be working on weekends, summertime has rolled around and it is hot, literately drop dead hot. I work in a shipyard in New Orleans, and some days I just don't have the energy to do anything when I get home. That said, I do feel obligated to update this mod, and I will. I enjoy modding, I don't enjoy Fallout 4 though. I played through it once and I don't see any replay value in it, until a complete overhaul mod is made. I would much rather play Fallout NV (Tale of Two Wastelands). Anyway...
Back to Fallout 4: I removed the old versions of file and left just the survival beta version up in main files. That should cut down on some of the confusion. The beta version works although it has 1 bug that I am not happy with. Sometimes the center dot stays when you aim a weapon, this can be corrected by opening a crafting menu. To fix this I have to start all over again from scratch. I will be working on the following options/features:
Well that makes 32 different file versions. Oh and compatibility with "no dot dot". I plan on making the quick text under the cross-hair just a little bigger than the beta version.
What else? Oh, I wrote the code to make survival values as meters instead of icons months ago, but it wouldn't compile properly. Now that I have the creation kit, that should be feasible.
Like loads of others have said - there is no way to pick the options. There is no MCM menu option, no set of options when installing with vortex and only one option with the download files. By default, some of the vanilla HUD elements have been replaced entirely, not just resized, and I cant see a way to get them back at all.
MAY CAUSE CRASHES IN THE REGION SURROUNDING THE APPROACH TO THE NUAK WORLD TRANSIT STATION. If you get CTD's, you should remove the "hudmenu.swf" file.
The files section is wrong, look for the NMM installer under "OLD FILES", you can recognize the right one by version number and file size. The MAIN FILE is not it.
