DESCRIPTION
See videos of both versions below.  You may know me from my Skyrim mods, but this is my first of many for Fallout 4.  I'm starting simple!  I tend to like my game a bit more atmospheric, and decided to create a couple of videos to replace the main menu.  These backgrounds are videos of the moving landscape, with environment sound effects (wind/etc.) I used some elements from the FO4 trailer in the beginning fade-in, and some additional effect footage of extra fog, dust, etc.

They're 2 minute loops, the audio and video are the exact same length, so they loop together seamlessly.  If you don't like not having menu music, you can simply overwrite the music file contained here with the music of your choice.

If you look close enough, you can see Dogmeat relaxing and being a good boy in both versions :)

INSTALLATION
1) Extract the contents to your /DATA/ folder or use Nexus Mod Manager.
2) Ensure that in your Fallout4.ini you have at least the following: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\,
3) The original menu music will still play if you set your INI to skip the intro (common issue), so you'll need to have SIntroSequence=0 in your Fallout4.ini / Fallout4Prefs.ini and grab the optional that will replace the intro videos with "blank" videos.  This has the same effect as SIntroSequence=1 but will load and play the correct music (will work for other mods where this is a problem as well.)

I repeat in red: If you want to skip the intro, leave SIntroSequence=0 and download the optional file to replace the intro videos with a blank video, otherwise the old original menu music will continue to play.

TOOLS USED
- GeForce Shadowplay
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- RAD Video Tools (to convert to BIK / BK2)
