I am going to be clearing out the bug reports because there are a duplicates and a lot of mod conflict reports. From now on when you submit a bug please make sure it is not a mod conflict and that it is actually a bug and make sure to include enough information that I can replicate the bug.
Which one will take over ? I have a gameplay which I set pretty much lowest time to respawn, but they don't respawn. I set it about half, still both mods make the cell not respawning.
Alot of peoples comments down below about things broken in this mod are their own lack of understanding and not taking care of their own mod conflicts.
I use NG FO4 and i can tell you,on my load order thats responsible in size, this mod here works PERFECTLY.
Yes, most common complaints below by people:
Companion auto heal doesnt work: Its working just fine,as its meant to,i just witnessed dogmeat fall from ledge in concord and get up right away and be fine.
Cell reset loot after a cell change: FALSE!someone said they went to concord cleared musuem and returned sanctuary and duffle bag had fresh loot in it. Mine did not,and iv been on this save for 25 hours messing around in sanctuary and concord areas,the cellar as a change of cell etc etc, loot/enemies are adhering to normal reset rates.
and alot of other things such as hunger and sleep rates work fine, tested , 28th January 2025 on fallout4 next gen.
Just because it works fine for you doesn't mean it does for everyone else. The classic "Everything works fine for me so other people's issues/complains are irrelevant"
this. I'm playing with a mod that lets me use dogmeat and another companion as normal but the auto heal isnt working for my other companion. Dogmeat healed himself fine but Piper is just sitting there, I can't interact with her to fix her or even talk to her.
I noticed that when I turn thirst from items to Off, I still get thirsty from items (especially stimpacks). I have Next Gen. Seems like an issue people have run into. Great mod still though. Just trying to figure that out. I used this mod for years and it's been such a lifesaver for those who want a bit of Survival but not too much.

I started a new game with this mod on survival mode, but it seems to set all settings to non survival mode.
Is there a list of the settings for survival mode that I can use as a baseline from where to tune my options.

And i guess the save item is kinda wonky and can take multiple tries.
But otherwise i've tweaked with the options and nothing seems out of place.
