Why? In vanilla, there is no reason to ever build a windmill. Medium conventional generators are smaller, cheaper (in the sense of requiring less rare resources to build), and produce more power. They're better in every way. With this mod, windmills are more viable. They still don't generate much power, and they're still big, but they're dirt cheap, making them a decent option for large settlements like Sanctuary, or for placing on otherwise-empty rooftops.

- No aluminum (previously 10)
- 2 copper (previously 4)
- 2 gears (unchanged)
- 15 steel (unchanged)
