Q: If my screen resolution is 1080p or 720p do I still need a 4K texture?
A: The Screen resolution is not the same as texture resolution. The resolution for the texture is independent and is not affected by screen resolution. So... You can have a CRT screen with 800x600 and a 4K texture would still be better and sharper than a 2K texture.
Q: Can this mod cause bugs?
A: No Textures can't cause bugs, the only thing they could cause when properly textured is when your graphic card don't have enough vram and displays purple textures. Now as you see, it's still not caused by my mod but by the user side.
The game is very buggy, but we can't fill my site with bugs that can't be caused by my mod.
Just think of it : After WW3 there would be clarity in the skys after it all settled , no satellites , no big city lights , and all the heavens would shine as it was in the 1800s .
I think perhaps the reason why the 4k version had odd visuals is because the textures have an alpha channel, while another starfield texture mod does not have an alpha.
So when ever i move my mouse the stars are getting bright - as long as i move the mouse. As soon as i stop, they get back to normal. As this is literally just a texture, the problem must be on my end. Anyway, can maybe someone help me with that issue? This literally breaks my nights :( Atleast the clear ones.
Couldnt find anything on google which helped me so far
I experience some slight flickering with this texture. For some reason it can flicker between lighter and darker. When moving everything looks perfect and when still it looks like it has lots of little scanlines all over it in odd shapes as well. They flicker when moving ones head around. Now I know you say there can't possibly be any bugs, but are you telling me that this is fallout 4's fault and other people not getting this are magic? Perhaps Loot does not order this correct or I should re-install this texture? (BTW on numerous computers, on clean installs and for years now this has happened to me and friends so I do not think it's us users.)
I know, its stated in the description that it glimmers, Its because you use TAA and a highres texture resolution. Also, You can't sort my textures with LOOT because its not loose textures.
