Installation: - Exctract Esp file to your data folder and enable it.
Location: - North of Far Harbor (map marker is visible and you can travel there from the start)
Requirements: - Far Harbor DLC - Disable border - Add the following line under the [General] section of your Fallout4.ini file (in Documents/my Games): bBorderRegionsEnabled=0
Recommended: - The "Conquest" mod (for building settlements anywhere) - fPlayerDisableSprintingLoadingCellDistance=0 - fixes sprinting bug in edited cells
