Perk Changes:
Chemist0: Can only mix basic chems together to create hybrids, can brew beer, wine, and liquor.
Chemist1: Get double output from crafting mixed chems, brew Nuka Cola.
Chemist2: Craft custom chems, as well as healing chems, and Jet.
Chemist3: Double output from custom chems.
Chemist4: Craft Prewar chems.
Recipes Changes:
Liquor/Beer/Nuka can be brewed at the cooking station.
Custom chems each require one base chem, one herb, and one solvent. (Liquor/Nuka)
Only unscrappable and base components are used in recipes, except for the booze/nuka recipes, these require the appropriate empty bottle.
Empty bottles can be crafted using glass and adhesive. (At cooking bench.)
Liquor can be distilled into antiseptic. (At chemistry bench.)
Altered starch to use same ingredients as liquor. (It's a little more realistic and makes you choose between weapons/armor and chems)
Most bottled beverages will refund an empty bottle of the appropriate type when consumed.
I did not make Daddy-O, Day Tripper, and XCell craft-able. They are rare prewar chems beyond re-creation with post war methods and materials. Their effects are very powerful.
