As per requested (MULTIPLE TIMES STOP IT ALREADY), here's the house I built for myself in Basement Living, now rebuilt greater than ever in Creation Kit.
Mod adds a small highly detailed bunker in the fields of Diamond City (see screenshots), it's yours for the taking, no jumping through hoops to get it, just walk on in.

Draw your weapon after changing your face if you have trouble with 3rd person camera.
:: GENERAL CARP ::
The power armour station cannot be used for anything other than STORING your armour when you visit home. You can't use it for upgrades because the stupid wall blocks the stupid animations even though I tried to fix0re. Anyway, go to Home Plate power armour station if you need to tinker. It's linked to all the bunker's crafting stations, yay for cloud storage.
