Changes the gauss rifle to have 75% weight and double damage and ammo capacity. This allows one to have a rifle with maximum possible damage without needing the "two shot" legendary modifier and the massive recoil and accuracy penalty that comes with it as well as not needing the capacitor boosting coil blocking so much screen space to have a full 20 shot mag. Also reduces weight to something I believe is reasonable.
Done with FO4 edit for personal use.....just put it here in case someone wanted to try it.
