Hi, I'm using f4se 1.16 & looksmenu 1.06 with game version 1.5.307. I don't have a preset tab in the looksmenu. Could you please explain to me how it should be done? I put the preset in \Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets folder, yet nothing happening. all i'm getting are sculpt/color/type and esc tabs. please help.
That means LooksMenu isnt running. There is a newer version of the game now, Game Version 1.5.416. You should have that version now. Please check. You need to get the newer LooksMenu version 1.07. Also, did you check the plugin.txt file, is the LooksMenu.esp file in your load order? Let me know.
can you please just package your presets in the proper folder structure? it makes things a lot easier to install when the mod manager recognizes the folder structure and thus recognizes it as a proper mod. If not, no big deal.. but would be a nice, and easy, addition. cheers
Hi. i install my mods manually therefore I do not use the manager, but sure, I can do a version for the manager. All of the preset mods I have downloaded usually just have the json file in it as it is a simple process to copy it into the folder. With what folder do I need to start with to package the preset? Data?
Did you try LooksMenu version 1.0. That version does not have the issue. The author introduced a bug with 1.01 and then updated with 1.02 for beta version of game. It should not be greyed out with version 1.0. Let me know.
Hey, not your fault, apparently the author of LooksMenu updated the mod for the beta update of the game, which is causing issues. Make sure you are not running the beta and if so, opt out and get the older version of the mod. Let me know if it works for you.
Hmm, and you have the normal release of Script Extender installed, not their beta version? It is something out of my control, but I will keep looking at any updates or posts for the LooksMenu mod to see if a solution is found. I noticed a few are having the same issue of the greyed out preset option.
Ok, I tried getting LooksMenu 1.01 and the issue popped up for me. I went back to LooksMenu 1.00 and everything was fine. I would recommend to stick with 1.00 until the mod author uploads another version. Please make sure the f4ee.dll is updated with the 1.0 version under the plugins folder as I think the issue relates to that library. Let me know if it works.

I also added some of the main mods I am using. There are many armors to choose from in Nexus, you can choose whichever you prefer. If you like a particular one in one of my pics, let me know and I can hopefully remember which mod it is.
Yes, it is the vault suit from CBBE Skimpy Armor and Clothing Replacer v2. Just the textures from the Shadow Hexagon are used over it. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7718

Edit: Could you upload a save file with this character? Then we could use Face Ripper as a temporary work-around.
Also, can you list the mods used for the character? F4SE and LooksMenu can't be the only things.
