The Toughness perk is useless.
+50 DR is unnoticeable by level 20, so I tinkered a bit.
Each rank keeps the vanilla bonus and adds 20% to your overall ballistic protection.
At level 5, your DR is doubled.
A simple mod that edits all 5 levels of the perk.
I tried my hand at modding Refractor and Rad Resistant to the point of replicating the effect, but couldn't make the UI reflect the new resistances, so I gave up on those two.
Almost forgot : you will need to remove any level of the perk, then add them back to see the result.
