Added new Stand-alone Minigun * MEC Gauss Minigun - The MEC Gauss uses magnetic induction to propel over 1,200 slugs per minute down its three barrels at relativistic velocities to slice through armor and foe. -- Found in the Switchboard vault while doing the Tradecraft mission. Or, spawn it with the console by searching for "Gauss Minigun" if you've finished the main quest with a faction other than the Railroad (or are lazy). -- High Damage, but fires rare 2mm EC ammo -- 75% armor penetration -- Heavy, especially if fully modded
Made Minigun Suite more compatible with mods that alter weapon recoil (if those mods are loaded after Minigun Suite).
Tweaked some of the other textures.

1.5/2017 * Removed stand-alone Avengers and Vindicators and added two new barrels to the vanilla minigun which will upgrade the weapon to the Avenger and Vindicator variants.
* Added two legendary variants: the CZ57 Inquisitor and the CZ60 Victory. The former is an Avenger sold by Proctor Teagan aboard the Prydwen with the Wounding legendary affix. The latter is a Vindicator sold by Ronnie Shaw at the Castle with the Explosive legendary affix. Note, both of these weapons can be changed to any variant of the minigun by swapping the barrels without losing the legendary affix.
* The Vertibird door gun now fires a lot more rounds and has much increased accuracy when aiming in iron sights.
* Ammo crates now spawn aboard the Prydwen next to the armory and in the Castle armory. These crates hold a few hundred rounds of 5mm, 5.56mm, and .308 and respawn a day or so after they're emptied.
* Custom barrel meshes and weapon textures for the CZ57 and CZ60 (nothing real fancy, just a way to tell the difference between the three).

1/5/2017 This is simply a bug fix patch to take care of the vertibird door gun using the player's .50 cal ammo. The version is otherwise unchanged from version 1.0 and for those who don't want to upgrade to 2.0 and lose any legendary CZ57s or CZ60s they currently have.
Description The minigun has an iconic place in the Fallout franchise. This mod aims to bring some of that flavor from the Fallout canon back to Fallout 4. In addition to propping up the laughable damage of the vanilla minigun in a lore-friendly way, it provides additional features to give the weapon more depth and relevance through end-game (level 50+).
Features This mod tweaks both the minigun base weapon and its vanilla barrels. It also adds two new barrels that transform the weapon into two other weapons long-time Fallout fans will remember: the Avenger and the Vindicator miniguns.
CZ53 Personal Minigun(aka the vanilla minigun) The Rockwell CZ53 personal minigun is capable of firing over 1000 rounds per minute, making up for the small 5mm round by sending a hail of bullets toward its target. [1]
Instead of using stand-alone weapons, this mod overhauls the base minigun weapon.
Base damage increased from 8 to 12 (a 150% increase)
Added a small variety of ammo types to provide damage boosts or armor piercing effects
Tweaked the vanilla barrels to further adjust damage, range, and rate of fire.
Relaxed crafting requirements compared to vanilla FO4.
CZ57 Avenger MinigunRockwell designed the 5.56mm CZ57 Avenger as the replacement for their aging CZ53 personal minigun. The Avenger's design improvements include improved gel-fin cooling and chromium plated barrel-bores, giving it a greater range and lethality. [1]
Fires 5.56 rounds deal more damage than the CZ53
Range and firing rate are improved over the CZ53
Somewhat heavier and harder to control than the CZ53 model.
Rheinmetall Vindicator MinigunThe German Rheinmetall AG company created the ultimate minigun. The Vindicator throws over 1300 rounds per minute down its carbon-polymer barrels. As the pinnacle of Teutonic engineering skill, it is the ultimate hand-held weapon. [1]
Fires .308 (similar to 7.62) rounds for a supreme damage tier
Range, fire rate, and accuracy are much improved
Heavier and harder to control than the Avenger.
L40 Sunbeam Gatling LaserThe H&K L40 Sunbeam Gatling laser was an advanced iteration of the model L30 Sunbeam that was developed during the Sino-American War. The L40 saw limited distribution by the time the bombs fell in 2077. Like the L30, the L40 was designed specifically for military use, with its multiple barrels allowing for long firing sessions before overheating. The more powerful L40 is powered by a fusion core instead of the L30's smaller fusion cells. [3]
In additon to renaming the Gatling Laser, I added a rapid-output barrel to the mod list, otherwise it's vanilla.

Features three exclusive ammo type modifications: depleted uranium rounds, incendiary rounds, and high-explosive rounds.

How to obtain these weapons
The new barrels can be crafted with the appropriate Gun Nut, Science, and Heavy Gunner perks.
