Adds new categories in Cooking stations for faster food making.

I was always frustrated when I had over 50 or so pieces of meat for 2 or more different KINDS of meat or wanted to make many a drink, and that I had to spend years on end mashing the cook button to get em all cooked. Took way too much time, so I made a mod that adds 3 new categories to the Cooking Stations to make food and drinks faster: x10, x50, and x100. I also changed the amount of meat it takes to cook meat to 1, because when you drop a piece of meat there is more than enough there to fill a person in my opinion. This mod goes great with More F-in Meat or Realistic Meat Drop For Survival Mode. I will try to make patches for other mods that add food or drinks so if you have a mod you would like a patch for just comment it and I will try to contact that mod's author for permission to make a patch. Report any bugs or incompatibilities ASAP, as this is my first actual mod and my first time using the CK. Now go out there and MAKE ALL THE FOOD!

- Version 1.0 - Initial Release: Adds x10, x50, and x100 categories to the cooking menu for all roasts, steaks, soups, and the Dirty Wastelander beverage. Also changes the recipes for all meat to only need 1 piece to cook it.
- Version 1.1 - Added Utility category for Vegetable Starch and added Purified Water to Beverages category and also changed its recipe to 1 Dirty Water instead of 3.
- Version 1.2 - Made a framework to make it easier for me to manage my mod and make patches.
