I have created a song with the voice files of Liberty Prime, with inspired music from Star Wars -> Imperial March.
With this mod you can go under radio section of your Pipboy and activate your personal radio which plays my song.

Download it with a mod manager or manually extract the zip file and put the "sound" file and the esp file 
in your "Data" folder.
